Your tasks as a janitor
- Regular inspection and maintenance of buildings and facilities
- Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work
- Monitoring technical systems and ensuring smooth operation
- Maintenance of outdoor areas (e.g. gardening, clearing snow)
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in and around the property
- Contact for customers in relation to home maintenance services
