General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for caretaking services

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the business relationship between Putz24 GmbH and the customer. By booking our services, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Status as at 17.11.2025

The following employment contract is concluded between the company Putz24 GmbH, Bundesplatz 14, based in 6300 Zug, (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider“), and the client (hereinafter referred to as the “Client“):

1. subject matter of the contract
The service provider undertakes to carry out the caretaking of the client’s property in accordance with the requirements and standards set out in the separate specifications. The exact scope of activities shall be defined in the specifications, which shall be jointly agreed between the contracting parties.

2. duration of the contract
This contract comes into force from [start date] and is concluded for an indefinite period. The notice period is three months and may be given in writing by either party.

3. obligations of the service provider
The service provider undertakes to carry out the caretaking services in accordance with the requirements set out in the “Specifications for caretaking and maintenance”. These include, among other things:

  • Regular cleaning, maintenance and servicing of the property
  • Carrying out specific tasks in accordance with the agreements between the contracting parties

4. cost agreement
The costs were agreed with the offer triggered via the configurator on the website.

5. terms of payment
The service provider shall issue an invoice to the client at the beginning of each month for the services provided in the previous month. Payment of the invoice shall be made net within ten days of the invoice date. For larger orders, a separate agreement shall be made for advance payment.

6. liability / exclusion of liability
Putz24 GmbH has business liability insurance amounting to CHF 5,000,000. In the event of damage, Putz24 GmbH is liable up to the amount of the sum insured. Putz24 GmbH shall only be liable for damages not covered by the insurance up to an amount of CHF 500 including VAT.

7. confidentiality
Both parties undertake to treat all confidential information of which they become aware within the scope of this contract as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties.

8. deployment of personnel
The service provider reserves the right to deploy qualified personnel to carry out the caretaking services.

9. amendments to the contract
Amendments or additions to this contract must be made in writing and require the mutual consent of the contracting parties.

10. place of jurisdiction
The parties agree that Zug shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract.

11. severability clause
Should individual provisions of this contract be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The parties undertake to replace the invalid provision with a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.

12. final provisions
This contract is governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract is the Canton of Zug. Amendments or additions to this contract must be made in writing.
